Service Not Activated: If you have paid for a premium listing or promotion and it was not activated or published on our platform.
Technical Issues: If there is a technical error on our side that prevents your paid service from being delivered, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
The following services are non-refundable:
Successfully delivered premium listings, ads, or promotions.
Payments made for services already activated and displayed on the platform.
Any third-party services purchased through MySmartCity.
